In this day-long workshop we will use the elegant principles of Anusara yoga, explore Aryuvedic principles and learn about Buddhist Meditation techniques, to tune body, mind and heart to this great river inside.
Anusara Yoga will give you new tools of how to be at ease in your body and feel alive and vibrant by unifying a life-affirming Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment.
How do you truly know your yoga practice is beneficial? We will explore the ancient link between Yoga and Aryuveda, and how to harmonize your temperament with an appropriate asana practice.
We will also learn how to quiet the mind and open the heart by using traditional Buddhist mindfulness practice as taught by Katchie's teacher and mentor, Jack Kornfield.

This workshop provides a safe environment to explore trust, connection and
playfulness. Learn to flip, spin, drop back and float, all while suspended
in the air with the support of a partner! Using time-tested acrobatic
training techniques, students will learn how to combine basic flying
positions with inversions to create dynamic flying flows. Teachers will
demonstrate techniques for bases, flyers and spotters that will keep the
flying safe and supported.
Flip Your World Up side down
With the support of a partner we will embody support, receptivity and
trust. Students will solidify spotting techniques in basic inversions as
the foundation for acrobatics. The progressions lead to basic partner
acrobatics cultivating strength and flexibility while working as a team. A
playful, safe, supportive environment will empower the whole room to be
upside down and connect to the divine! Recommended for students with an
intermediate yoga practice.

AcroYoga® Lunar Immersion: Rejuvenation through Healing Arts
The Lunar Immersion focuses on the healing, relaxing and rejuvenating practices of Thai massage and therapeutic flying. The Lunar Asana Sequence teaches basic body mechanics and with a focus on self-love cultivation, in preparation for the dance of Thai massage. The techniques learned on the floor are then translated to the flying work, using the element of gravity to amplify the healing flow of prana (life force). Often, we will work in teams of three for safety and support, and everyone will have the opportunity to base and fly, heal and be healed. This training offers invaluable tools for yoga teachers, massage therapists, and energy workers who wish to develop a new dimension of healing touch for students or clients.

• Thai massage in Supine, Prone, Side Lying, & Seated positions

Moving From The Mula – What is the most you can do with the least effort?
Pranayama is energy manipulation played out through the postures. This
workshop explores the idea that it is possible to raise an energy known
variously as kundalini, shakti or prana through the specific use of ujjayi
pranayama in vinyasa movement.
Ujjayi And The Legs
Breathing into the legs sounds like an inane instruction. Yet, the idea of
using breath as a method to control and manipulate the movement of prana
through the legs is defined and explored in this workshop. It sounds a
trifle mundane in print, but the process is quite stimulating. This is
one of those workshops that are just so darned practical that it is hard
to put the usual glossy spin on it, but in that practicality lies
something that will unquestionably change and refine one's practice.
Ujjayi And The Mind
There are postures we love to do and others we are not so fond of – some
come to one with apparent ease and others are approached with a degree of
dread. Yoga philosophy encourages, through action, the appreciation and
awareness of the "present moment" without attachment to the outcome. Fear
and other obstacles tend to be based on the mind's projections into the
future or past. To overcome these tendencies, one identifies the fear or
obstacle and strategises to confront them.

nächsten, die Musik trägt Dich dabei weit über Deine Vorstellung hinaus und
Deine Yogapraxis wird zu einem meditativen und schweißtreibenden Tanz mit
Dir selbst.
Wie kann man den modernen Menschen von heute, die Essenz von Yoga, klar
und spürbar erfahren lassen? In einer Diskussion mit Freunden bei einem Yoga
Workshop in Österreich vor einigen Jahren fand Young-Ho Kim mit Inside Flow
seine Antwort darauf.
Im täglichen Leben werden wir von Reizen nur so überflutet,
Konzentration kostet enorme Kraft. Viele finden diese Kraft im Yoga, aber
nur Geübte schaffen es sich selbst immer wieder den Impuls zu geben, die
Sinne zurück zu ziehen und für wenigstens einen kurzen Moment bei sich zu
bleiben.
Musik bringt uns in Bewegung, gleichzeitig aber auch zur Ruhe, innerlich
und äußerlich. Sie beeinflusst unsere Stimmung, bringt uns zum Träumen,
inspiriert uns zu neuen Taten, gibt uns Kraft, geht direkt ins Herz und
schafft vor allem einen Raum in dem wir ganz für uns sein können. Es gibt
viele Musiktitel, die uns berühren und das Herz öffnen. Warum also nicht die
Kraft der Musik für Dein Yoga nutzen?
Das Ziel von Inside Flow ist die Bewegung mit dem Atem und der Musik zu
einer Meditation zu verschmelzen. Eine traditionelle Komponente aus dem
Yoga, das Vinyasa, erfährt hierdurch eine Fortsetzung der besonderen Art.
In einer typischen Stunde Inside Flow, werden Asanas funktionell und
didaktisch korrekt aufgebaut und aneinandergereiht. Diese Reihen ergeben
eine eingängige Choreographie, die passend zu einem aktuellen, bekannten
Titel geübt wird. Hier fließt der Schweiß, gepaart mit Dehn- und
Kräftigungsübungen. Die Übergänge zwischen den einzelnen Asanas ergeben sich
aus der vorangegangenen Bewegung und sind somit für den Teilnehmer leicht
nachzuvollziehen. Welche Asanas in Abfolge geübt werden bleibt dem Trainer
dabei selbst überlassen, der Schlüssel liegt jedoch darin, eine Verbindung
zwischen Musik und Bewegung herzustellen. Wenn Bewegung und Musik sich
ergänzen, wird das Thema des Liedes, zum Thema der Stunde. Dieses Thema wird
durch eine Widmung verstärkt, die jeder Teilnehmer für sich selbst wählen
kann, bevor der Inside Flow das erste Mal zur Musik geübt wird.
Der schönste Moment dieser Stunde beginnt mit dem ersten Ton der Musik,
dem man mit seiner Bewegung Bedeutung gibt und endet mit dem letzten Ton,
wenn man zufrieden in die Position des Kindes gleitet.
Alles ist im Fluss, die Musik fließt in Dich hinein und mit Deiner
Bewegung aus Dir heraus. Alles ist im Fluss, aber Du bist ganz bei Dir!

This workshop provides a safe environment to explore trust, connection and
playfulness. Learn to flip, spin, drop back and float, all while suspended
in the air with the support of a partner! Using time-tested acrobatic
training techniques, students will learn how to combine basic flying
positions with inversions to create dynamic flying flows. Teachers will
demonstrate techniques for bases, flyers and spotters that will keep the
flying safe and supported.
Flip Your World Up side down
With the support of a partner we will embody support, receptivity and
trust. Students will solidify spotting techniques in basic inversions as
the foundation for acrobatics. The progressions lead to basic partner
acrobatics cultivating strength and flexibility while working as a team. A
playful, safe, supportive environment will empower the whole room to be
upside down and connect to the divine! Recommended for students with an
intermediate yoga practice.
5 day Therapeutic Immersion:
The Therapeutics Immersion focuses on the healing, relaxing and
transformative practices of Thai massage and therapeutic flying. The Thai
Asana Sequence teaches basic body mechanics and massage techniques, with an
emphasis on cultivating sensitivity and self-love. This practice lays the
foundation to effortlessly transmit metta (loving-kindess) during the dance
of Thai massage. The techniques learned on the floor are then translated to
the flying work, using the element of gravity to amplify the healing flow
of prana (life force). Often, we will work in teams of three for safety and
support, and everyone will have the opportunity to base and fly, heal and
be healed. This training offers invaluable tools for yoga teachers, massage
therapists, and energy workers who wish to develop a new dimension of
healing touch for students or clients.

• Thai Asana Sequence
• Giving & Receiving Thai massage in the 4 main positions - Supine, Prone,
Side Lying, & Seated. Plus additional Tandem sequence (2 givers on 1
receiver)

• Comfort & experience basing AND flying folded leaf

Jeder von uns ist geboren mit der Fähigkeit zu musizieren: eine Stimme, zwei Hände.
Keine Vorkenntnisse sind nötig. Dieser Workshop ist eine Einführung in das Yoga des Singens für diejenigen, die Kirtan praktizieren möchten, das Chanting in ihre Yogaklassen einführen möchten, eine tägliche Chanting Praxis aufbauen möchten, oder einfach nur Ihre Erfahrung und ihr Verständnis vom Chanting zu vertiefen suchen.
Du wirst traditionelle Eröffnungs und Beendungs-Mantras erlernen, ihre Bedeutung und ihre Geschichte sowie sie in einfacher Sprache wiederzugeben. Der Workshop beinhaltet auch das Yoga eine Beziehung mit deiner Stimme und deinen rhythmischen Fähigkeiten einzugehen. Längst ist Kirtan in den USA eine ganz eigene Bewegung. Festivals mit 2- 3000 Besuchern und 3 Tage Kirtan non Stop ist inzwischen Kult in der Yoga - und spirituellen Szene in den USA.
Auch bei uns gewinnt Kirtan immer mehr an Bedeutung und ist diese Art des Singens für viele eine Bereicherung und Quelle der Kraft geworden.
Kirtan Call und Response -- ein Tanz der Energien -- ein Feld der Heilung und Herzöffnung durch die Wiederholung der Sanskrit Mantren.
